Fees
Did you know that most insurance policies will cover speech therapy and psychology services? A receipt for insurance purposes is provided after each session, and can be printed out and/or sent via email. We also work with various organizations that offer funding supports to clients and their families.
Rates for all of our services are competitive and well within our professional association’s recommendations.

Financial Assistance
President’s Choice Children’s Charity: provides assistance for children with cerebral palsy, autism, muscular dystrophy, spina bifida, and various developmental delays.
Jennifer Ashleigh Children's Charity: provides assistance to improve the quality of life for seriously ill children and their families.
Ceridian Cares Charity: provides financial assistance to support requests for medical equipment, special therapies and home adjustments for barrier-free living.
OAP
Ontario Autism Program offers interim one-time funding for families on the Ontario Autism Program waitlist, including eligibility and how to apply.
Special Services at Home provides funding to help with costs related to respite, personal growth and development for your child with physical and/or developmental disabilities.
Cancellation Policy
A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another client waiting for treatment. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations or missed visits leave a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another client waiting for services.
As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice to the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of $75 .
Clients who are a No Show, meaning that they do not offer any notice of not coming to their scheduled appointment, wil be charged the full amount of the booked session fee.

All appointments scheduled on Mondays must be canceled by Saturday 2 pm.
